The website www.jetswimwear.co.uk (Site) is operated by JETS Global Limited (JETS), a company registered in England whose registered office is at 10 John Street, London, England, WC1N 2EB with company number 82 46 855.

The following and the terms found under the headings Privacy and Security set out the terms on which JETS agrees to you making use of the Site.

By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site you agree to the following terms and conditions and you agree to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws.

Words in these terms that are spelt with initial capitalised letters have particular meanings in these terms which are set out either before or after the words where they first appear. 

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between JETS and you.

If you do not agree to the following terms you must cease use of the Site.



These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

The terms on this Site replace all previous representations, arrangements, understandings and agreements between you and JETS relating to its subject matter and contain the entire agreement between you and JETS relating to that subject matter.



The content available on the Site is provided on an "as is" basis. JETS does not represent that the information contained in the Site is accurate, comprehensive, verified, complete or error free. JETS will attempt to keep the content on the Site up to date.  The content on the Site is liable to change at any time.

JETS does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the Site or any linked website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.



The inclusion of a link to another website does not imply that JETS endorses the linked website, and use of any such link is at your own risk. JETS does not accept any responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of your use of any such link or of the content on any such website.



The copyright in the content on the Site is owned or licensed to JETS. All rights are reserved.

Other than for the purposes of, and subject to the conditions prescribed under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) or similar legislation which applies in your location, you may not in any form or by any means:

(a)          adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Site; or

(b)          commercialise any information, products or services obtained from any part of the Site unless expressly authorised in writing by JETS.



The images, logos and names on the Site are proprietary marks of or licensed to JETS.  All rights are reserved. You must not copy or use those trademarks, unless expressly authorised in writing by JETS.





The following terms and the terms found under the headings Privacy and SecurityShipping and Returns and Website Terms of Use sets out the terms on which Products can be purchased by you (being the person whose details are entered in the Billing Information section during the purchasing process) from JETS.

You make an offer to purchase a Product from us by completing the staged process on the Site typically as set out below:

  • Adding product to your shopping bag
  • Checkout step 1 – Select checkout method as an existing customer, checkout as a guest or register as a VIP
  • Checkout step 2 – billing address details
  • Checkout step 3 – shipping address details
  • Checkout step 4 – select shipping method
  • Checkout step 5 – payment details
  • Checkout step 6 – review your order
  • Checkout step 7 - Accept Terms and Conditions
  • Checkout step 8 - Confirmation of order

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one Product your order contains a series of offers for each Product individually.

On receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order confirmation email will contain your order number and details of Products ordered.  Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by JETS of any offers to purchase Products.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We must receive full payment for both the price of the Products and any delivery charges before we can accept any offers. When you select to pay by credit card or debit card we will process the payment at the time of you placing your order.

An offer by you to purchase a Product shall only be deemed to be accepted by JETS when we dispatch that Product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes an invoice listing details, billing and shipping details, details of the product, instructions on how to cancel your order and estimated delivery date.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing, swimwear and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store.  In particular, you acknowledge that:

a)               The colours which are shown for the Products on the Site will depend on many factors – including your display settings;

b)               All sizes and measurements are approximate;

c)               All Products are subject to availability – JETS may not be able to supply your order due to stock availability;

d)               Estimated delivery dates given on the Site or by email are estimates only;

e)               The Products and promotions which are offered on the Site may not be available in-store, and vice-versa;

f)               The content on the Site is liable to change at any time.




We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Solo.

For each online order, you must pay:

  1. the applicable price expressed in British pound sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK Taxes for the relevant Product as confirmed by JETS whose VAT Registration number is 144998561;
  2. the delivery fee and other charges specified on the Site in British pound sterling at that time.

JETS may change the prices published on this Site at any time.  While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices and information displayed on the Site, JETS reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any Product, an error in the price of the Product description posted on this Site, or an error in your order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any questions about invoicing and payment of Products.

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure.  All personal and credit card information provided to the website is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.  For further details on data security you should check the section on this Site under the heading Privacy and Security.



Our policies as to delivery are set out on this Site under the heading Shipping.

Our policies as to returns and exchange are set out on this Site under the heading Returns and Exchange.

We endeavour to ensure that the Products that you order are provided by the estimated delivery date and where applicable time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.  Neither JETS nor our nominated carrier shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within the estimated time frame.

Please note that we may not be able to make changes to your order once it is placed.  If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery for you, then you will be required to follow the processes under Returns and Exchange (Part 6) or Cancelling Your Order (Part 7).



From time to time promotional codes will be offered by JETS.  These promotional codes are for use online only at -www.jetsswimwear.co.uk and are not available in store, unless otherwise stated.

Promotional codes can be applied to your order at the time of checkout on the My Shopping Bag page in the field "Promo Code". The Shopping Bag will then be updated to reflect new pricing or conditions applicable to the promotion. The terms and conditions for each promotion can vary so please be sure to check all the details from the promotional material.  In addition JETS’ general terms and conditions, specific terms and conditions apply in relation to promotional codes including:

  1. For the promotional code to be valid, a valid product must be added to your shopping bag
  2. To apply a promotional code to your shopping bag you must enter the code into the “Promo Code” field and click on “Apply Code”
  3. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction
  4. If you have more than one promotional code, you may place separate orders
  5. Orders must be made prior to 23:59 hours on the closing date
  6. No cash alternative is available
  7. All offers are subject to stock availability
  8. It is not possible to apply promotional codes once an order has been placed.
  9. JETS takes no responsibility for customers not being aware of relevant promotional codes that may apply to a particular purchase.
  10. All other JETS terms and conditions apply.



The Return and Exchange terms on this Site are only applicable to Products purchased on the Site.  Please contact your retailer for all other returns and exchanges.

If you change your mind, or make a wrong decision, JETS will happily assist you with an exchange or refund, provided (unless faulty):

  1. The Products have not been worn, damaged or washed and have all labels and hygienic stickers intact; 
  2. The Products are returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products; and
  3. You follow the Returns and Exchange Process set out below.


Returns and Exchange Process

  1. Email: customerservice@jets.com.au anytime or call ++61 2 96986668 Monday  to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Sydney, Australia time to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Once your return or exchange has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Complete the returns slip (which has been sent to you with your original order with instructions on returning Products) send it with the returned Products.
  3. Send the returned Products together with the completed returns slip [Note:  If you are entitled to cancel your order under Cancelling Your Order (Part 7) then you are not required to complete or return the returns slip] securely wrapped to:

  1. Return the Products via a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery
  2. You are responsible for any costs of returning your returned items to JETS’ warehouse located in Sydney, Australia.  JETS takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The Products are your responsibility until they reach JETS. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the Products.
  3. Once the returned Products are received by JETS, JETS will inspect them.  Once accepted by our Customer Service Team, you will receive an email to confirm completion of refund or exchange.


The original shipping charges are not refundable.  However, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, you will not be charged postage for the first exchange.  All subsequent exchanges will be charged postage at JETS’ normal rates.

Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any special requirements regarding the return or exchange of Products.

The Returns and Exchange terms do not affect your statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).



UK customers are entitled to cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone. Your right to cancel your entire order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must:

  1. inform us (by email: customerservice@jets.com.au anytime, or call +61 2 96986668 Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm; Sydney, Australia time) of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address;
  2. Return the Products to us by following steps 3 to 6 under Returns and Exchange Process.  You are not required to take steps 1 ( request a Returns Authorisation number) and 2 (complete and return the returns slip) if you are exercising your cancellation right.


If you have exercised your right to cancel, you should return the Products to us within 14 days of cancelation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to the Products to which your rights apply.  This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.  We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you the returned Products.

The delivery cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.  All customs and import duties will be your responsibility.

Please note:  If you do not wish to cancel your entire order and just want to return some of the Products in your order, you can return them in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Process.



You have rights and remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK). Nothing on this Site excludes, restricts or modifies the operation of, or any right or remedy that you might have under, any applicable the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

Subject to the previous paragraph:

  • The only warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on JETS are those expressly stated on this Site.  To the extent permitted by law, any term concerning the Products or any service that JETS provides to you which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated into these terms for the purchase and supply of Product, whether by statute, common law or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality or fitness for purpose) is excluded;
  • JETS will not be liable to you for any loss if caused by a delay in JETS fulfilling or any failure to fulfil or otherwise discharge any of its obligations under the terms on this Site, if the delay or failure is caused by anything beyond JETS reasonable control;
  • JETS will not be liable to you for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, and
  • JETS maximum aggregate liability to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise will not exceed the amount payable by you to JETS in respect of the Product or Products for which the liability arises.

We do not sell or rent our customers' names, addresses, email addresses or other personal data to third parties. We will only disclose your personal data as permitted by the Act and as described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your personal data to: (a) a company that is "related "to us (but only for one of the purposes listed at the beginning of this section 4); (b) third parties we engage to help us provide our products and services , or to improve them (e.g. website designers and technical support providers); (c) third parties that provide us with marketing and advertising services (e.g. providers of electronic mail out services); (d) selected third parties who have agreed to work with us to make a joint product/ service offering to you, and who are under strict contractual obligations to treat your personal data confidentially); and (e) a third party that is taking over the assets or operations of one or both of us.

If it's reasonable and practicable to do so, we will give access to the data in the manner you request.  However, we may not give you access if we are not obliged to under the Act. Please note, it's free to make an access request, but we may charge you a fee when you access the data.



If you request us to correct personal data we hold about you, we will take reasonable steps to make the correction so that, taking into account the purpose for which we hold the personal data, the data is accurate, up-to-date, complete, relevant and not misleading. If:

  • we make a correction to personal data about you; and

Initially your complaint will be handled by our Customer Service Team, in accordance with established protocols for the particular type of complaint.  If no handling protocol exists for your complaint, it will be referred to the relevant general manager for follow-up.



We only keep your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, or as otherwise required by law.


9.            SALE OF BUSINESS

JETS may transfer any data we have about you in the event of a merger with a third party or upon a sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party acquirer.



We will take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we hold from:

  • misuse, interference and loss; and
  • unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
  • We make every effort to follow industry standard security measures for personal data under our control.
  • All financial information is encrypted during transmission, and we self-certify against industry security standards for payment processing.
  • Only authorised staff and consultants have access (on a restricted basis) to the personal data we collect.
  • We regularly review developments in security and encryption technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Accordingly, although we endeavour to protect data you transmit to us, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of that data, and you transmit it at your own risk.
  • You may be able to configure your browser to advise you whether the data you are sending us will be secure (encrypted) or not secure (unencrypted). Once we receive your transmission, we take reasonable steps to protect the data on our own systems.


11.          ACCOUNT DETAILS

When registering on www.jets.com.auwww.jetsswimwear.com,  or another of our websites, you will receive account details including a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and other account details. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account or involve the use of your password.



If you do not provide personal data as requested by us, we may not be able to respond to an enquiry or provide some or all of our online services (including but not limited to our digital printing services). You may need to purchase items directly from stockists of Jets products.



We will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal data if:

  • we no longer need to use or disclose the data in any of the ways we are entitled to use or disclose it under the Act; and
  • we are not legally required to keep the data.


14.          OTHER MATTERS


If we receive unsolicited personal data about you, which we would not have been entitled to collect under the Act, we will destroy or de-identify that data if it is lawful and reasonable for us to do so.



We will not adopt, use or disclose any identifier that has been issued by a government or government agency in relation to any individual or personal data.



If a person or entity requests a copy of this Privacy Policy in a particular form, we will take reasonable steps to comply with that request.

For shipping to UK, JETS uses registered DHL Parcel International service, whereby JETS can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Orders placed on a weekend day (Sydney, Australia time), will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

As JETS delivers by a registered courier service, a signature is required upon delivery. Therefore, JETS recommends you provide an address where you will be located during office hours.  If you provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receivers' name.  If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, DHL will leave a card with the details on how to pick up your order or re-arrange delivery. 

You can rearrange your delivery online at www.dhl.co.uk

If DHL is unable to complete delivery your order will be returned to JETS and a refund will be processed minus the shipping costs.  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes for our UK customers.




Free shipping applies to all orders placed on the 15/12/17. Jets have no obligation to advise any changes to the promotion and have the ability to stop the promotion at any time during the promotional period at their sole discretion. 


For a limited time, JETS are offering free shipping for all UK Orders, to receive this offer you are required to select the Free Shipping option at the checkout.

Expiry Date: JETS Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry from date of purchase, so there is plenty of time for your gift recipient to choose the right garment.  Once expired any unclaimed value cannot be used or redeemed.

Gift Cards Values: JETS Gift Vouchers will be available for purchase against set values as displayed at time of purchase. JETS Gift Cards may only be purchased from www.jets.com.au / www.jetsswimwear.com

Redemption: JETS Gift Cards can be redeemed from www.jets.com.au / www.jetsswimwear.com (only) by entering the 'Gift Card Code' into the payment section of the JETS Online Shop Checkout.  The Gift Card Code is included on your gift voucher.  The Card can be redeemed up to the Card value balance.  Should you redeem an amount less than the Card value the remaining balance will be available to use until Card expiry.  If you are seeking to purchase an item for an amount greater than that held in value on the card (at the time of purchase) you will be required to supplement the purchase with funds from an alternative method i.e. credit card.

Gift Card Supply: For Email Gift Cards to successfully purchase your Gift Card online you will need to nominate an active email address.  For Physical Gift Cards the Gift Card will be sent to the Delivery Address you enter during checkout.

JETS Gift Cards may not be refunded or redeemed for cash. Copyright and use of photos

1.            We acknowledge that you retain ownership of copyright in any photo you have taken, but you consent to JETS (or a related company of JETS) and Get Candid (our third party photo sharing software provider) using and reproducing your photo and likeness (and any names provided) in our gallery. 

2.            Your photo may then be stored in our gallery database for as long as we choose to store it. We may, but are not obliged to display/ use/ reproduce or maintain your photo on our websites or in other materials (electronic or hard copy) from time to time and for such duration as we choose.  You agree that your photo may be seen by a wide range of people. 

3.            If we display or otherwise use your photo we may do so in whole or in part and are not required to identify you, remunerate you or consult you in relation to such use. 

4.            We will not use your photo in any defamatory, degrading or offensive way. 

Rules about photos 

5.            By tagging a photo in the way described above you agree and acknowledge that: 

(a)          you are/ will be the individual pictured in your photograph or you have the consent of all others individuals depicted; 

(b)          you are aged 18 years or over or have parental consent to provide photos in the way described in these terms; 

(c)          your photos must not contain or depict anything vulgar, profane, pornographic, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, degrading, unsavoury, illegal, harassing? or offensive or that breaches or violates any person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights; and 

(d)          you will indemnify us in respect of any loss or damage that we suffer as a result of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.  

Removing photos 

6.            If you wish to remove one of your photos from our Insta gallery, you may request us to do so by emailing your request for removal at customerservice@jets.com.au with a link to the page the image is featured on, also accompanied with a screen grab of the image.

JETS Swimwear Society Terms and Conditions


  1. “JETS Swimwear Society” means the JETS loyalty program providing members with access to exclusive benefits.
  2.  “Benefits” means any benefits given to the Members.
  3. “JETS” means Jets Global Limited or its authorised representatives
  4. “Member” means an individual who is a member of the JETS Loyalty Program.
  5. “Member Profile” means the personal details of the Member which can be updated on the Member Website.
  6. “Technical Issues” means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or intranet site.
  7. “Terms and Conditions” mean these Terms and Conditions and as updated on the JETS website, https://www.jets.com.au/

  1. The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of JETS Swimwear Society, the use of any promotional activity and Benefits that arise as a consequence of JETS Swimwear Society.

JETS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend JETS Swimwear Society, Benefits, promotion codes or your membership, especially if the program is being abused, there has been a mistake or damage or loss may or is being caused to any person. Where possible, JETS will provide reasonable notice.
  8. JETS will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with JETS Swimwear Society, including that incurred in the provision of promotion codes.
  9. JETS decision (which will be in its absolute discretion) in relation to all matters arising in relation to JETS Swimwear Society is final and binding, unless we have acted illegally.


  1. Members of JETS Swimwear Society will be entitled to receive Benefits.

  1. An individual is deemed to be a Member of when they submit a completed application.
  2. Membership of JETS Swimwear Society is only open to individuals with a valid email address.
  3. At any time, Members can only have one membership to JETS Swimwear Society.
  4. Membership is not transferable.
  5. It is the responsibility of the Member to update their Membership Profile.
  6. A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to JETS.

For a Selected period, JETS are offering our UK customers Free Returns.

If you are not happy with your product/s, you have 30 days from the date you place your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free.

To take advantage of our Free Returns promotion please return your Products to us by using the following method:

Once your return or exchange has been approved, you will receive:

  1. A Return Authorization Number from JETS
    1. A DHL waybill and commercial invoice from an DHL email, which you will be required to be printed and attached to your return parcel
